Holy shit. I don't know what recordings of his you've listened to, but Keith Jarrett is an outstanding player. Have you at least listened to any of his trio recordings with Gary Peacock and Jack DeJohnette? That alone is seriously heavy shit; light years away from Kenny G and the rest of your list.

Michael Angelo is so annoying it makes me want to rip my ears off and bury them in the backyard. The person who voted for Steve Vai clearly hasn't heard of Michael Angelo, because he's faster and has no idea what music is. Michael Angelo single handedly turned me off from learning to shred, before that I thought Steve Vai was pretty good to listen to, but it makes you realize that theres a limit to how fast you can play before you cant hear the difference between the notes anymore.
