hi, i am wondering whether or not it is possible to record some non-midi instrument into fruityloops. For example, would i be able to record my guitar directly into fruity? do i need some kind of plug-in? Thank you for your time. I have the newest version as well as version 3.56.

ok, thanks. now i know i need to stick with fl studio. i am still kinda lost though. i have read the help file dozens of times, and it talks about midi controllers which is not what i intend to use. have you ever recorded in fl studio? it is probably something really simple that i just keep overlooking. thanks for your patience!

Nope, sorry. I use Sonar.

Cakewalk distributes FruityLoops (and only in the US). You can try the forums at flstudio.com

:)

I dont have the new version of FL studio, but I have recoprded WAVS and dumped them in as samples (Probably doesn't help, I know, but....)

i guess another alternative would be to use a different program. can anybody recommend a good program with soundfont capabilities and low cpu usage? thanks you, have been really patient.

Yes, we can:

Sonar 2.2 with Livesynth Pro (for soundfont compability). :)
