Are you looking for XLR mic cable schematics? if so PIN 1 is GROUND, PIN 2 is HOT and PIN 3 is NOT(cold)

Cool thats what I'm after- nice big clear pictures
Now if I can find the same for mic to mono phono that would be cool the pic's on this site are stereo
