I am running Windows 2000 Professional (from work).
I did a defrag and it helped some.. Now if/when my track takes are too long, I still get the problem. I have tried changing latency settings and have probably tried every combination. I recently got rid of some Real Player plugins, which may help according to some..
Will also keep the undo idea in mind as well as I tend to delete a lot!
