Will the Samson C-control do this?

Will it take one stereo mix from my soundcard and send it to multiple outputs on the C-control - to feed two sets of monitors and one set of headphones, where each can be controlled for volume & be muted independantly?

Or to feed two sets of monitors do I need two stereo feeds from my soundcard (which it has)?
 
You only need to post a question once, and almost certainly someone will respond!

In answer to your question, the C-Control will do what you need it to. If you look at the detailed pictures here:

You'll see that the C-Control has three sets of speaker outputs, two of which have independent volume controls, and a headphone output, also with it's own volume control.

As far as muting, it looks like the unit has one mute button, which means it probably mutes all the speaker outputs at the same time. Since theoretically you will only be listening to one set of monitors at a time, this shouldn't be an issue.
