Will the Behringer EX320Ultrafex Pro Help?

I am wondering if you all could listen to this song - Give Loving Time. It is my best mix to date IMO. I am wondering if adding the Ultrafex would improve the sound. Any other suggestions would be welcomed since I am a beginner. Here is my equipment set up:
AT 3035 on vocals/harp panned center

MXLV57 on guitar panned center

core sounds stereo binaual mic for room ambiance(panned L&R)

Behringer 12 channel mixer to a sharp MD-7 mini disc
compression, echo added on cool edit 2000

I record everything in the same room as if in a club doing a show. My guitar amp is a fender deluxe reverb(volume set to 1 1/2), and the guitar volume wide open.

PS: Since it is the now officially the holiday season, do you think upgrading to cool edit pro would be worth it for my simple approach to recording? Thanks!! I'm trying to keep our economy going (ha)! Walter
