I think you could sing that song if you've got the range. That original singer isnt using falsetto for that section you have in bold. The part in bold youre talking about, the singer is pushing it more as you can tell by the sudden jump in volume. As someone else mentioned, if its out of your range, simply transpose it down. Most people wont be able to distinguish between a 1-2 note drop, beyond that it will sound obvious that you're bringing it down. If you listen to the second song, "there she goes", theres little doubt that he's using falsetto to hit the highs. Ive always liked the song, "there she goes", but never knew what they looked like.. interesting..
