Wich piano vst is this?

Hi All,

I was browsing on YouTube and found this song. I was wondering which piano VST he is using. I like the warm and calm sound, but have no idea which VST or effects he is using. I know it's a hard question, but maybe on this forum has an idea.

 
It's a guess, but a quick flick through mine and it could be a Kontakt Grandeur or maybe Piantoteq Steingraeber warm - but of course that's just a wild guess based on what I have? Why not ask him?
