By the way, I have problems with my PSR 400 as well........ I just asked for the same help this man asked for, he said he got one piece of equipment for free and all of a sudden people question his morals cause somebody GAVE HIM FREE SHIT............ Every thread I'm in, I see the same tired ass "cracked" argument......Honestly I think some of you dumbass squareminded motherfuckas are just mad cause you dont get hooked up........... How can you question the next mans values based on free shit???? Backward ass motherfuckas, judgin somebody on how they follow a man made law, something another human being told you is wrong......... Like you arent a human being yourself.......... I guess we need losers like you all around, somebody needs to buy the music and be the flunkie...........Some of you have never been in any troubling situations in life judgin by how you react over one stupid piece of software......Help the mafucka, not consel him on WHAT YOU PERSONALLY FEEL is right or wrong........... Nobody is trying to "kill the person who brings the message". The problem here IS the message you are bringing. You are telling everyone here that you have no self respect by being the asshole that you have become. Having no self respect is why you can't respect the property of others and thus rationalize stealing as ok. Before you trash someone other than yourself, you need to do some introspection. You're really letting yourself down by acting out the way you are and it's all so obvious to everyone but yourself. I'm sorry life's been so bitter for you but you need to get over it and stop being so jealous of those that have.

I'm sorry, it's easy to talk how you talk, but you've never been there............ I have self respect, but theres a difference between stealing from a person and stealing from a corporation designed to get over on you anwyays........ "Stealing" is a very broad term to me...........I'm not rationalizing, I'm being real, a person who cannot understand is not real to me.........See people like you who can afford to pay high ass prices get on a high horse cause you can afford it, but when somebody who has the same love as you gets it for free, they dont have morals??????? god almighty, aren't there moderators who can kick assholes like usdn off this board? hey, your keyboard isn't working 'cos you don't know what you're doing, or you're using cracked software & the crack has damaged the program in some way. ALL purchased software comes with manuals, either in book form or in digital form (help files). even if it was a free gift or a trade from someone who didn't want it anymore, the manual should still exist.

if, however, your shit is legit, then you should be able to get in touch directly with the manufacturers, give 'em your serial numbers, and they'll be happy to help you. all manufacturers offer online tech support.
some will even offer you a replacement manual if you can prove you bought the software (it's a long shot, though.)

there's no "tired ass" argument about cracked software here. people aren't going to offer help here 'cos
a) we've actually made the effort, done the grind, saved the cash, etc. to own the software for ourselves
b) running cracked software is easily the cause of your problems, so on one hand there's actually nothing to be done to help you, and on the other hand you've created the problem yourself by being a thieving shit. the argument for help is like saying "Hey, I stole some shit, and now I'm in jail. Can you get me out?" Um.... no, we can't.

Don't be offended by it, though. This just isn't the place for you to be asking for help. Like a white dude walking into the ghetto and saying, "Hey I need a nigga to shine my shoes."

I use a Casio in Nuendo. Don't know what model you have but try to re-initialize the keyboard by disconnecting all power. Make sure to remove any battery power. If this doesn't work make sure you are getting a midi send indication on your LCD screen when you press a key and make sure it's on the right channel. If not, maybe that channel has been turned off. Check the manual and see how to turn it on. Manuals for Casio keyboards are available from the Casio website for free in pdf format.
