Why can't I see pictures on this forum?

I was browsing this site at school the other day, and wow! People actually have logos/pictures under their name, and whenever someone post a picture, it shows right there in the post.
On the other hand, my PC doesn't show any of that. No logos, and will have to open a seperate window to see attachments...

How can I make my computer to do that?

Click on "user cp" then click on "edit options"
Make sure "Show user's avatar in their posts?" is clicked to yes.
