Whos using the Enhanced Audio M600 mic mount so far?

I'm on the fence, or was. I've decided its my next buy. Cool stuff, and after seeing Wageners in person and reading the posts on it at GS, I'm going to see if its true for myself.

Check out the M600 here. Thoughts?

I use it for classical work...it is superior to standard mounts. I have found that it works with LDCs with metal bodies better, but I have seen improvements with every microphone that has been mounted with it...

I'll be a happy man if I ever reach a point where the shockmount is the limiting factor in the quality of my recordings.

I remember reading about this in TapeOp-- apparently, it operates differently than a shockmount in that it tries to clamp a mic in place very firmly rather than having it float in elastic suspensions. Sounds like a neat idea.

Wagener had some of those too, and they are DAMNED nice, but I'll be damned if I'm paying $750 for a fucking stand. Thats insane.
