I just bought a tascam DM24 as a center piece for my studio and I am curious if many sonar users are also digital mixer users too.
I am having a devil of a time getting sonar to be anything but a passive client in a relationship with the DM24. I did have the transport controls working from the DM24 to sonar but I ended up with pops and cracks in my recording. Tomorrow night I will try again to get the two to cooperate or at least coexist.
The little bit of recording that was able to do sounds noticably better than my previous efforts. Less the crackling it would sound fantastic.
