who is your favourite online retailer?

I asked in another thread about recommended online retailers but threads get quickly forgotten around these parts, so I decided to start a new one.

It'd be helpful, I think, to have a thread of recommended online microphone retailers for those that are constantly asking about which mic to buy, in whatever price range. Many local retailers don't carry much of what some of the most knowledgeable folks here recommend and even quite a few online stores may not have them... So. What are your favourite online retailers, where are they located and how is their return policy?
 
My faves are Sweetwater and Musiciansfriend, although I've ordered from tons of others as well. Idk about return policies because I've never had to return anything to them, so I guess that's one more plus ;)
 
Another vote for Sweetwater...can't beat their customer service IMO. zZounds would be another one. Never had a problem, very reasonable priced and the "Pay as you Play" program is a lifesaver for those of us on budgets.
 
First choice if over $249 is zzounds...the "Pay as you Play" is awesome for poor me and they beat any price so really on way to lose. If the price is less than 249 then I do Sweetwater as they too offer multi payment options for many items below $249.
 
If you're willing to pay 10-15% premium for *great* customer service and good advice, Sweetwater hands down. For cheap when you know what you want, and all you care about is quick shipping, huge inventory, and reasonable return policy, orders not screwed up, etc., 8th street in Philadelphia. For personal service on wicked high-end gear, Mercenary audio in Canton, Mass. Every one of them has come through for me when it mattered.-Richie
 
Correct me if I'm wrong but Sweetwater will throw a few hand full of candy in the shipping box with your order and Zen Audio will send a pound of their brand *Zen coffee* in the shipping box with your order.

It the small and simple things in life that I look for when building a relationship with a vender. :guitar: Be excellent to each other. And party on, dudes.
 
front end audio, they have a showroom where I live and get 15% off through an audio program I'm in. Other than that, musiciansfriend!
 
I hate it when I forget to check out the Stupid Deal of the Day.
 
Music123 off Ebay. Lower than everyone of those, same service. Big inventory.
 
You won't know it from their name but IDJNOW has some of the lowest prices that I have found anywhere! ;)
