I didn't ask who was better than mike, head or munky you dumbfucks i asked who has more talent. I don't see any of you making millions of dollars. I don't see anyone in this fucking website makin it big so shut the hell up... Don't get on drummer dougs ass i made this post.

Dude, you need to chill the fuck out! If you actually cooled yer jets and read the posts you would see that some people stated their opinion of whether huey, duey, or louie was the better guitarist.

This poll smacked of a popularity contest, and no one's gonna take it that seriously and neither should you.

Besides, you hafta understand some of the people here are total bozos. I posted a thread long ago asking if anyone saw Trouble live and with the exception of good bud Speedy, everyone made jokes like "I see no trouble here..."

I vote for louie. At least more people know who he is. LMAO

By the way, who came up wih their names. Does he give good Head. Does the other one slap the Munky a lot. I would think that may be a more relevent question than how they play guitar.

and they had cheesy songs about 'rock and roll all night', women, drinking, partying, having casual sex, driving in a car, missing a person...
and they used a shitload of chorus and delay on their guitarsounds...


AT LEAST THEY:
-could actually play their instruments. Their vocabulary reached beyond 1 finger chords and diminished fifth stuff
-didn't whine about how much life sucks... if you just made a million from selling records, your life pretty much rules! :p
-didn't take themselves too serious.
-had a positive think-manner.
-sang about what really matters in a man's life: booze, boobs, bbq, bitches, beer, beavers, beef, burgers... :D

I don't wanna hear Jonathan Davies cry about how his dad raped him. Save it for Jerry/Oprah/Ricki. I wanna hear Gene Simmons talking about how joining a rock band quadrupled his beaver-quotums and how fun life can be...


(yes I'm very one-sided, but hey...I don't take myself too serious either. :p ;) )

You forgot a couple of things:

-They could walk down the street without fear of getting shot
-They could have sex without wearing a tire
-They basically had fun


And by the way, my 13 year old student who has only been playing for 2 years now has already mastered their stuff. Of couse she still can't hold a beat, but what does that matter, as long as it's fast and loud, it fits.

well, it's certainly more civil, but the main point i was making with the melodrama is that all this harping on a guy for just asking opinions is sound and fury perhaps better used elsewhere. at worst, the thread is innocuous-it seems not worth the trouble to create drama over. now i will close this post before my hypocrisy grows stronger yet. :D

perhaps i should now take the time to note the absurdity of taking a poll on here to "prove" that the guitar work from one fo two bands that are not all-around favorites (or to "prove" anything)-looking back, i almost regret speaking up in the first place.
