Which souncard has 2 inputs?

Hi,

What is the cheapest soundcard that has 2 inputs so I can hook up my behringer mixer to it?

Yeah, if your computer has a soundcard at all you're good to go. The line-in jack is a stereo input so just get a Y-cable that has 2 RCA or 1/4" phono jacks on one end (for the mixer outputs) and a 1/8" stereo jack on the other end. Forget about the soundcard mic input jack.
 
M-audio Audiophile2496, $99 nowadays! don't be fooled by the pricetag, this is serious stuff.
 
You may want to have a look at E-MU's latest offering, the 0404. It features high-quality audio recording and playback on 1/4" I/O jacks for $99.
