Just recently got a Fostex VF-08 Digital Multi-tracker and would prefer to master to a portable mini-disc recorder. (I use the Fostex as a notebook as well i.e. music ideas first then work on lyrics later so portability is essential).Could anyone out in mini-disc land advise me of the best (within a budget of £200 or $350) portable recorder to use.
A couple of good folks have advised me that the Sony's are the biz but I'm trying to get a more overall picture.
