Which one is the best combination for guitar recording (and composing songs) ?

Hi
I want to record electric guitar and vocals as live and drums bass etc via computer (software)
I'm going to use a laptop and windows 7 on it

Which one do you think is the best ?

1) Line 6 pod ux2 sound card coming with ableton live.
2) Yamaha Audiogram 6 sound card coming with Cubase AI4 + Line 6 pod 2.0 to simulate amplifiers
3) M-audio fast track sound card coming with Pro Tools + Line 6 pod 2.0 again.

Do you have any other advice ?

For recording...

4.) A tube amp with a mic in front of it...into a sound card and into the DAW.

You missed that one...(the other three are kinda all the same, just pick the one you prefer from them).

For composing...

Whatever works and/or is easiest.

Yeah ! That would be great but I don't have the opportunity to use a tube amp where I am goint to make records
