Hey,
Im a drummer who is currently working on updating my home studio, im planning to get a pair of Large Diaphragm Condensers to use as Drum overheads, Vocals or anything for that matter, i was talked into the NT1000 but since than have found the NT1a for half the price, so i could get the pair for the same price as the NT1000, has anyone tried these before on overheads or vocals, im hoping than to get an Audix D6 for the kick and about three SM57's to use for Snare, Toms and Guitar Cabs. Anyone have any experience with this? Ill be running them all through my 8 Track Presonus Firepod into Cubase SX.
