CAD M179, Studio Projects C1,RODE NT1 A, AKG C 2000 B, Audio Technica AT3035, or something else.

Audio Technica 4040...Not too expensive, great for male vocals.

IMO, the B3 is better than the B1 for vocals but neither mic is regarded as a great vocal type mic.
