anyways, i have read through the microphone FAQS, and i think that ive narrowed down my mic seach to 3 possibilites to record my vocals...

1. Marshall MXL V67
2. Audio Technica AT2020
3. Studio Projects B3

if any one had any experience with any of these mics, it would be very helpful in making my decision, thanks alot :D

the v67g is very warm, and nice nice mic, especially for its price.

It depends on what you want, but im happy with this, just make sure you want a warm mic if you are thinking of this one. :D

Studio projects B3..since its multipattern. u might/might not like it..depending on the vocalist.

Cad M177. It costs around 169 new, but you can find one for alot less if you look around some places. It's pretty flat, but has some presence. Its not great on every voices, but it doesn't really ever sound bad on any voice. I think this is a good entry level mic.
