Which iPod recording app?

I didn't know exactly which forum to use for this, so here I am.

I want to get an Ipod interface and app, and there aren't that many interfaces and I can find reviews and info on them, but the apps are a different story.

So, I invite you to give me your take on what apps you've used, and how well they worked. I'd also like to know if there are any setups that will record at least 2 tracks (aka stereo) simultaneously.

Did you look at Voice Band notCardio? I think it's kinda cool!

While it looks interesting, it doesn't seem to get very good reviews.

Also, like you said, it's not what I was looking for.

I just want to know if it's possible to record two separate tracks simultaneously, as in using the stereo output of a pedal. Yes, I know you can add effects later in the box, but that's not what I was interested in doing.
