Which Home Studio? So many choices!!!!!!!

Holy crow - what should a person buy? There are so many products that claim to be the ultimate in turning your PC into a recording studio. Pro Tracks, N-Tracks, Cake Walk. Then there are a sh*t-load of Cake walk products. There's the Cake Walk Music Creator, Cake Walk Guitar Tracks, and on and on.

What should I get? I'd like to keep it under $100 if at all possible. Is there a big difference between them all? They all look completely different as I reseacrh them, but they all seem to say the same thing - their product is the best/easiest/myriad features, blah blah blah, and it seems like the more I research the more confuse I am getting.

And why is there no message icon with a guy pulling his hair out?

I would suggest that you go to the the different programs respective home site, then download the demo of that program.

The program that is the most comfortable for YOU to use, is the one that you should use.

There are a TON of other factors to take into consideration.
