Where to find replacement rackmount ears??

Hi, I bought a used IBANEZ DM-1000 from a friend, and it did not have the original rackmount ears so I need to buy new ones. I guess Ibanez no longer have those in stock so I need some advices on where to look after a new set of rackmount ears, matching the unit I have, practically and cosmetically of course.
