Where to download (vs install) Windows Updates from

As you all know when you go into Windows Update, you are offered a choice of system updates you can install from Microsoft. However there is typically no way to simply save the updates as files for later installation.

UNLESS.... you go to the following site. From here you can download almost any system patch as a file, for later installation or re-installation:
