Where is "FX return" on Xenyx 1202

Ok, I am stupid, please enlight me.

As per subject, on Behringer Xenyx 1202 mixer
there is FX send, but no return. So, if for example
I want to send mix to effect unit - where I plug in
to returning signal.

HELP.... The instructions just dont seem to cut it for me, and there are some things I just dont get.
The 1202 has a control room out and a MAIN OUT.....which ones do I hook up to my computer interface
and where can I do that? IF I can do some jacks in the back of the FT Pro, it would make cable management
neater then having to use the front. SO many buttons !!!!!!!!!!
