Where can i find individual tracks, ready for the mixdown process ?

I'm looking for projects or something like the cool edit sessions, or just the tracks ready for the mixdown process.

for example:

Drum track
vocal track
chorus track
guitar track
bass track

Could be from any song, of course i prefer something from any famous rock group.

What i want is to make the mixdown by my self.

You definitely WON'T be get the multitrack recordings from "any famous rock group." It's copyrighted material.........

Look around the site - I know someone was posting here recently and has a business that provides tracks to practice mixing with.

Hmmm... kinda OT maybe....

Ya know, it never occurred to me to look for pre recorded tracks to practice mixing on. How effective do you think this would be for a newbie?

common, make your own man........you can do it, things dont have to be perfect to practice mixing, your not going to produce an album, just do your best and you will get more out of it in the long run
