Where at the behringer v amp pros?!

I've been wanting to test this unit out, it looks like exactly what I need and its in my price range, but theres one huge problem. Nobody freaking has it all of the sudden. Not guitar center, not musicians friend, not sam ash. The only place I see has it is amazon or ebay, amazon's shipping estimate is waaaay too long, and ebay is, well, I hate the bidding wars on ebay.
Im wondering if the fact that I can't find this thing should mean something to me, though. Has anyone used this model, or know why its so damn hard to find?
 
It's been discontinued so you'll most likely have to find a used one. I've got one that I might be willing to part with if you can't find a new one.
 
They're showing it in stock still at Musicians' Friend...... better hurry.
 
yeah, guess I don't really need it. But the biding wars are still on! :p
