Wrong in what sense?

First of all you guys might be my new favorite band, very very......EVILL-ish!
Drums- opinion, maybe record them speeded up and then play your guitar tracks over them at regular speed. That way drums are a bit lower and meatier sounding?

Just an idea

What's wrong it? It doesn't sound very good. That's what's wrong with it. Stereo spread is too wide. Cymbals sound junky. Kick sounds strange and the snare sounds completely DOA.

In order to know what you're doing wrong, I'd kinda' have to know what you're doing in the first place. Otherwise, it's just going to be a guessing game, and I don't want to try and guess what mics you're using or how you're pointing them, mixing them, etc. etc. Based on what I'm hearing, my guess is that there is certainly something being done wrong somewhere. :D

Or it could just be a very old, dead-sounding kit, in which case you're off the hook.

I assumed those were programmed drums? I will listen again, they did sound kinda stinky. I just thing the actuall sounds just need to be bigger and more metally sounding.

main problem to me is how obviously fake the cymbals are...its VERY hard to make electronic cymbals sound real. You might have to change their rhythm a little bit too

Drummagog is your best bet for the cymbals I think...there are a few links to user created drum samples that you can use

aside from that, hell sounds pretty much like it should I think....maybe more tick in the kick

heres some more doomish stuff I did, but the tick might be closer

From what I hear... sounds like there's not enough bottem (in the drums themselves) and they're way too clean.

The bass drum's a bit too muffled.

The cymbal sounds too "dry"... my drummer used to hang an old neclace on top of his ride cymbal... sounded kinda cool

As I listen more I notice the drums have a very "strict" cut-off point... maybe too much compression?

Over all the whole thing could use a bit more bottam as well...

As far as the song itself and the musicianship, it sounds pretty tight... nice work.
