Man!!.. We got a Finnish-singing vocalist on this project called "Jää"...
He is one of the founding members so I can't kick his ass to oblivion, but the dude needs more BALLS!!!!!.. He has been getting better, but not fast enough..

songs 5, 8, 9 and SURU are the best he can do...
well.... have to admit the guitarists and me as a bassist didn't do TOO well that day either...

..We MIGHT get to a gig in Tallinna Estonia, shortly... NOT... withj that kinda singing...

It's really hard to hear, the quality is pretty poor and he's mixed low and probably has no compression at all so he gets buried sometimes.

But as far as I can tell....
It sounds like he doesn't sing from the diaphragm. He needs to open up a lot.

Really, he seems like he's still "finding" his voice.
I think at least a few months of vocal training will help him a lot.

Turn the PA way down so he has to bellow. that might give him the idea that he has to SING with some air.
