What's with the weird Oktava 012 freq curve?

(the red line, under "Technical Specificatons"):

Makes me wonder what effect this would have
on the recording?

Okay. Now I get it. So, that must be 180 off axis.

Sure, that makes sense. The blue line must be on-axis. The yellow might be 90 degrees off axis?

Well, what confused me is they are using the
same colors as they did for the Hz, without
offering an explanation about the axis.

... And I would HOPE that the red line is
not 90 degrees off axis response.
