"Hi, I'm in Delaware."
I have a MOTU Traveler, the original one, and Windows 7 always defaults it to 44100 even though the MOTU audio console sets it to 48000. So what that means is the interface is set at 48000 (or at least the light on the front says it is), but Windows thinks it should be at 44100, so I don't get any playback from anything except for recording software (because that is allowed to take control of the device). Is there a way to change Windows to default at 48000?
