whats the theory on effect orders

whats the difference on effect orders, Im trying to learn the logic so I can make a good desicion on mine but i dont know were to start,

if you can give examples.

I'm assuming you actually mean processing order (compression, gating, eq, etc.) If so,this has been dealt with extensively on very recent threads. try using the search function.

Effects (like reverb, chorus, flange, phase, etc.) I almost always set up on their own individual aux returns.
