Whats the matter with my vocals?

I listen to my guitar, and I am satisfied with the results (perhaps I shouldn't...). But when I listen to my voice I can't find out why it sounds so bad. I have tried eq, reverb, compression, changing volume... Perhaps my vocal is bad per se, or the mic is not good enough.
Can you tell where is the problem? Mic (AKG Perception 220), sound card (M-Audio Fast Track), my voice, or my eq, reverb...
Please, help me! Thanks

A couple of things stick out to me. First the ambience on the vocal has a small room sound that I don't find flatering. I don't knowif it's something you added (reverb choice) or you actually recorded. It could be from a untreated recording space.
Second, your vocal is a bit pitchy in spots. Keep practicing.
