whats the best mic in a $300 dollar price range?

I picked up a Rodes NTK recently for $385. Great tube mic.

Not to diss on Middleman's opinion, but I think a better deal in this price range is a used ADK TC. I sold my NTK because it had strident upper mids, IMO. The TC is like buttah compared to the NTK.

Marshall MXL-V69M is 299$...a new one,but does anyone know something and have an experience with this mic?

Yeah. Its a bright K67-type cardioid-only capsule driving a hybrid tube / transistor / transformerless design. The 9-pattern Apex 460 for $189 is a far better mic.
