all up in yo grill!
i was looking at at the audiophile 24/96....is there a better one than that? dont need a bunch of inputs like i thought i would so 1 or 2 1/4 or 1/8 or rca inputs will be all I'll need. price range is up to $300

The audiophile is a 2 input 2 output card L/R stereo
Also s/pdif in and out.
If you need a couple more how bout the delta 44 or 66

I would say the 2496...excellent card, and you can get 'em on newegg.com for $120...

lynxone

i think it lists for 400 but you maybe able to find it on ebay for 300

www.lynxstudio.com

hands down the best sounding card in the sub 500 range....

i think audiophile wins this battle

I'll hopefully pick one up on monday....need to be a bouncer this weekend to get the money......the things we do for recording equipment

I promise you won't be dissatisfied with the audiophile... it truly is a beautiful sounding card. Good luck!

I will have to say the the lynxstudio cards are amazing as well... :D

Funny you should mention. I sold my audiophile and got a Lynx II.....Im quite satisfied, although the AP is a great card.
