what's next?

i finally purchased the dr-770 drum machine, so now i need something with midi sounds like horns, strings, etc. could someone please tell me what i should get? i don't have very much money to spend, and i will be using this for hiphop production. also, i am very new to all of this. thanx a LOT!

any basic synth that has midi capabilities should do. also, you can usually find a general midi bank on most sound cards. of course the gm quality isnt that great, but its a start.
