Currently im running
Cubase SX (yes its a craked copy but im only using it to test the software out) through a Delta omni studio. Right now im just recording guitar through my pod but i have been doing vocals a while back with my NT1000 and mindprint envoice.
In a month or two im going to upgrade my studio and get a paid for copy of Cubase SX as well as an avalon 737 and a few other goodies.
Im just woundering what could be causeing the pops in my current set up and if my studio upgrade will fix it.
Right now i dont have a dual boot so theres ALOT of background apps running while im recording. My upgrade will include a new copy of XP and possibly an extra hard drive so i can run dual boot. Is this likely to solve the problem?
