I'm wondering what's a good sounding easy to use drum software? I have cubase LE and would like to make my own drum beats for my songs. I have drums on my triton LE but they don't sound as good as i'd like.

BFD sounds good to me. I also like Stylus RMX, but that might be a little different than what you want.
