What's a good web site for comparing processors, i.e. Pentium III v.s. IV

What's a good site for comparing the Pentiums III and IV for audio perposes? Is the P IV better for audio? What's the deal?

Why not read this http://www.anandtech.com/showdoc.html?i=1543 all 10 pages of it, and then try and figure out why you would want a Pentium 4, ever... very convincing. Save yourself $100 and get equal performance.

I would go with Tom's Hardware first, followed by Sharky Extreme.

If you can afford it, the Pentium III Tualatin IMO is the best choice right now. That may change with the P4 Northwood, though.

If you really want to stay with Intel, PIII may be the best. They run nicely, and at a fraction of the cost of the P4. You could even get the PIII 1.2GHZ...

In the AMD range, the Athlon 1900+ is out right now...not a bad price, and outperforms most of the P4's...look at tom's hardware for reviews.

DUde, the AMD XP 1500 outperforms the Pentium 4's. all the way up to the 2.0ghz... and for $150 cheaper...
