the delta 44 by m-audio is pretty good.......it's a little over $200 but you get four inputs.........really clean sounding card, i'd recommend it

If 2 tracks is sufficent, the M-Audio Audiophile 2496 card. You can find it for between $150-$170.

I am an avid user of the Delta 44 and reagrd it to be the best possible soundcard within the $230-$250ish range. You won't be sorry for the quality you get from it.
