Sounds good dawg Drums could be a little louder I think. Sounds a little more classic rock than country with vocals like that. Maybe like the eagles lol.

The intro guitar is a little too tremoloey for my tastes, but that's just an opinion
Perfect mix until the vox came in and they need to come forward a dB or two
The snare (and maybe the entire kit) is a bit hidden, too
I think if you address these 2 points, it'll shine. And I'll tell you what, though, I was disappointed when it ended so soon. Does sound a bit like The Eagles all right!

This is a great song - nice playing on the solos and all instruments. I say the vox can come still a touch forward. I understand that you're not pleased with your singing, it's way better than mine! trust me, but you gotta let it go and another 1-2 dBs will do it. The la-na-na-nas are hidden almost completely, but the 1st verse needs the boost. Are you using compression at all on the recorded vocals?
This is a sweet song, Mitch! I'm not bullshitting you. I say a little louder on the vox. I say write another verse at least, and/or a bridge and this is a sweet, finished piece!

Sounds cool. the intro guitar is a little to effected for me. Drums sound solid, I'd bring them up a bit, especially the snare and kick. Bass sounds good. Nice tune. It's country to me.

musically the mix sounds pretty good - the effect is kinda heavy on the intro.
The vocals sound a little muffled as well as too low - maybe you can brighten them up a little with some EQ in the high-mids.

I think it's funny about the Eagles and Skynyrd because when we were kids in the 70s and played that music for the rednecks they would get all indignant and want to kick our ass. How times have changed.

I like the new mix, but i still agree with with FoulPhil the kick is good, but the snare and toms can be a bit louder. And maybe a little more reverb on the vocals. I am a R&B guy so i may be a little biased. It is a nice song.
