What type of module/keyboard for agricultural music?

One that supports samples of banjos. Korg Triton, or Roland Fantom perhaps...

A scythe and some leg irons could do for percussion.

And a tractor!

I hope you realize this is gonna have to be a Spanish-language recording.

One that samples farm animal sounds?
Don't forget the sounds of insects and birds, or trucks and harvesters, rain and wind... oh, the list is endless. I think I'd better close my window - it's all so distracting.

I think he discovered the third type of music. Country, Western, and agricultural.
