What type of Cassette tape?

Hey I'm starting to use my old yamaha mt100 ii 4 track. I was wondering what type of tape I should be using?

Right now I'm using this

Is this the correct tape type? I'm looking to buy some tape in bulk too so I need to know the correct type. Some info would be appreciated!

Try maxell chrome tape, it'll cost you much more, but you'll hear the quality difference, esp. in several years from now.
 
Oh yes, and always try to record on 60min tape or even 45min, if you can find those, 90min are not as good because they're too thin.
 
I would strongly suggest THIS TAPE over the tape you are currently using. It's a brighter tape as opposed to the dull and muddy tape that you are using. :)
