What to do?!?

Hey all,
I have decided to get an official cool guy home set up. For those I do work at studios in the area, have a few things but now have enough space to be able to have a home studio kinda thing for pre production and smaller work. I want a digital mixer. Why? Cause I want a nice like the ghost BUT too big. I Have a couple boards picked out. Lemme know what you think, in no particular order.
#1 Yamaha 01v or 02r
#2 Tascam tm-d4000

I looked at the Ramsa but it was uncomfortable to work with and didn't like it. Also looked at the mackie digital 8 buss, neat.......I guess too much for what it does. Any suggs?

I have no experience with the Tascam but one of my friends has the Yamaha and the thing major ass. Well except it broke at one point and it took a two months to get it back from the factory, but anyway the thing sounds incredible.
 
sorry Wallycleaver, meant to say it kicks major ass. DAMN I KNEW I WAS DRUNK WHEN I WROTE THAT BUT I DIDN'T THINK I WAS THAT DRUNK!!!
