Hey, B.Sabbath. It's the first time I've had the chance to check out your stuff (I've been buried in a soon-to-be-posted mix) -- it's very original and interesting.

I'd probably be inclined to call it metal since you can't seem to put a heavy part in a song without earning that label. But it's definitely in it's own style.

I liked the mood of the first section (very sweet solo guitar tone) and the aggression of the heavy part (nice heavy tone). I'd agree that the vocals could come up especially in the soft section, though the rest of the mix seems pretty balanced. The tune itself may be a little too schizophrenic for my ears, but that adds to its originality, so don't listen to me...

Either way, I listened to it a few time to try and get a feel for it and it got better with each listen (always good). Thanks for sharing!

It's a shame but your right, if you have a heavy part in your song, than it's considered metal. I really didn't think it was heavy enough, but that's what I've been hearing. I love Metal, but it's too constricting to be labeled that. I know I expect a certain level of heavyness when I hear that word. Oh well, I'm not going to worry about a label anymore, I'm just going to record what falls out of me.
