What Stereo Plug Do I Need?

your CD Boombox probably has a 1/8 stereo mini jack. I dunno what the line out jack is on the MR8. Just as long as you go line out from recorder into line in of boombox, just make sure the plugs are stereo and it should work ok. Good luck, Charva

thanks eyes like fire. Do you have the Fostex MR-8 too? What if I want to connect it to the computer for a mixdown? what cable should I get?

Just like Charvster posted,...
You'll need to go from the Fostex's 1/4" outputs to
the soundcards 1/8 stereo mini plug input.

Go from the "Stereo Out" of the Foxtex.....

The Stereo out on the Foxtex takes the two 1/4" black and red plugs.


You then hook up the single stereo 1/8" mini plug to the input
of your computers soundcard.
