What sound is this?

At about 17 seconds into this song there is the sound of an organ "winding up". How do I get that sound? Is it just a sample I have to find somewhere? I got close with simulating a tape winding up at the beginning of my organ track, but I am not quite there yet.

Sounds like someone just sliding their hand/fingers up a few keys at one time.

It's the sound of a Hammond organ most likely a B or C series, and leslie cabinet, the wind up is when you switch the leslie from slow speed to fast speed. The guys that play these make an art form of the speed changes. Check out the at 1:50 here.

You can get keyboards that have the Hammond / leslie simulator, but nothing sounds like the real thing.
