I'm frustrated with my Audigy2, and I want to add a dedicated DAW card to my system to improve performance. Here's what I have, and what I want to do with it--recommendations much appreciated! I'm hoping to spend about $300 or less.

Computer
Dell P4 @ 2.4 GHz
2 40 GB 7200 ATA 100 Hard Drives
No MIDI in/out
Audigy2 (Dell)
512 MB DDR RAM
64MB GForce4 Video Card

Software
SONAR 2.2 XL
Guitar Tracks Pro
Drumkit from Hell

Outboard Gear
Johnson J-Station (Guitar processor)
Evolution MK-361C (USB MIDI Controller, mostly for Drum Kit from Hell via DR 008 in SONAR)

I want to be able to record in 24-bit at 96Khz, to have convenient in/out jacks for both mics and and spdif output from the J-Station. I don't (at least yet) need to be able to simultaneously record multiple tracks. And I'd like to keep the Audigy2 installed for games/DVDs.

Thanks for any help!!
