What should i strive for?

Hey There Guys,

what are peoples view on some of the m-audio gear in comparison to ProTools gear? Prodominantly the Mbox 2 and Digi 002. Because i don't want to really settle for an Mbox 2 as i want more plugins, though the digi 002 is kind of pushing the price range.
Anyones thoughts?

And preferbably rack mountable, which i've only found the delta 1010, is it any good?

The firewire 410 and Firewire 1814 are both rackmountable. If you are wanting more in's, go with the 1814. The Delta 1010 is rack mountable, but it also requires a PCI slot for install.

Quality wise, the converters are pretty good. The preamps aren't bad, but you'll probably want to add something down the line.
