What should I do with my setup ?

Im on a very tight budget.
I have : a tascam fw 1884 and 2 computers (both old) apple G3 and an old Compaq Laptop from 2002.
They have both been cleared of all virus and have been checked up and totally cleaned to the original ways.

I was wondering If I should sell my tascam and computers and get a new mac ? What should I get instead of the FW1884? Give me Idead on what I should do with my setup.

Are you more familiar with a Mac or PC?
Are you "set" on a Mac?
What other equipment do you have?
What do you want to accomplish?

I'd keep the Tascam, sell the computers and build a bare bones system
